Improv Electronics shows off the coast of color change iPod touch cases, details to come Boogie Board "recorder".

We did not hear many Improv Electronics since he first introduced his Council on an LCD equipped Boogie in thinking "tablet to write" last January, but the company now back to the these with some new products and some new promises. The first is a new iPod touch case based on the same reflective display technology or "Reflex", which allows the case change colors without needing any power - the company says it will last "several years" before she finally died. Locate those launch towards the middle of the year for less than $50, with the case of the iPhone should follow. More to come from the company product is a "Recorder" version of the existing Commission of Boogie, that we managed to check out in the form of prototype early but were not able to photograph (although this is certainly not much to look at). It is apparently much like the current Council of Boogie, but pack two buttons - one to clear and the other to save what you have written or drawn, then you can transfer them to your computer via USB. Looking to launch in the third quarter of the year for "under $ 100."
