Toshiba Satellite C655D puts AMD Fusion in a laptop big boy

No there was no shortage of new Mobile AMD fusion here at CES - HP dm1 and MSI Wind U270 already - but all the choices have been of Zacate E-Series new chips in 11.6 inch shells, we saw the Lenovo X120e. In addition, Toshiba change with its C655D and publishes the sub $400 15.6 inch laptop with AMD E240 APU. Clearly designed for the budget conscious, the machine 5.5 pounds will support up to 4 GB of RAM and 320 GB of storage with a regular DVD player package. Like most of these merge, Toshiba laptops, claiming that it should last approximately six hours on a charge and provide all the multitasking prowess that you need for basic everyday tasks. No word on the exact pricing and availability of the system, but there is an image more after the break.
