Launch of Meizu M9 amasses thousands of fans of Jack Wong throughout China (video)

Quite impressive, huh? Meizu ensure that has made a wise decision to launch its M9 Froyo Android phone on the first day of 2011, as the majority of other countries, becomes a public holiday in China. According to some fans of the Meizu (also known as "Mei-I" or literally "Meizu friends") out of one of the two stores in Shenzhen was already about 60 people lined up outside in about six in the morning. Some of them even confronted cold from 8 pm last night, in spite of CEO Jack Wong actively discourage the bustle in the forum for the sake of the health of people, promising "all flagship stores will have enough material" for all pre-orderers. Meizu was not interested in giving us an official number, but two stores only Shenzhen could've easily served thousands of clients this morning. No limit on the number of units each person could pre-order (¥ 2,499 / $379 8 GB and ¥ 2,699 / $409 16 GB), you can imagine Meizu assembly lines work long hours to supply their stores in 28 other provinces in China.
