BT "Content Connect" allows ISPs charge content providers for the delivery of high-speed video

We have not heard a ton to talk about the neutrality of the network here at the CES, but the issue has now cropped rather big pond so, large British Telecom fair division has deployed a service, which he calls the "content Connect," which essentially allows Internet service providers in relying on a network of BT to charge content providers like YouTube to deliver high-speed video in the UK. Naturally, this means that anyone who pays should treat slow video delivery, thereby creating a two-tiered internet in a very real sense. For its part, BT insists that he "" supports the concept of net neutrality"and it says the new service will be really accelerate even download speeds for those who don't pay, as it would ease network congestion." Everything which, of course, echoes some of the core arguments we have been hearing years now and will probably stop argument soon.
